HOW TO SETUP YOUR OOONO CORRECT

IMPORTANT SETTINGS

Technology and apps can be sensitive. One wrong setting can result in you not getting the expected functionality from your ooono. Make sure to follow the steps down below to get the right settings.

Location

In order to warn you, we need permission to use your phones location and GPS. Please choose "allow always" in order to be sure, that ooono can download the newest taffic data at all times.

Bluetooth

The connection between app and ooono is established via bluetooth. Make sure that bluetooth is turned on in order to receive warnings.

Background app refresh

Allow the ooono connect app ro "background refresh". Everything runs automatically in the background, and therefore it is crucial that you allow the app to update in order to get warnings.

Low power mode

Avoid enabling "low power mode" on your phone. This function limits background activity and therefor ooonos functionality.

Mobile data

Mobile data is a nessecity in order to download traffic data. Make sure your phone always have 3G or 4G connection in order to get valid data.

Notifications

Allow ooono connect to send notifications in order to get warnings and important product information.

DO I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION?

No. Everything is available for at flat fee. No extra costs are involved.

HOW DO I SHARE MY OBSERVATIONS?

It is simple. You confirm or report speed traps with one click on the ooono. By doubleclicking you report or confirm other incidents in traffic.
